Order Processing  
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Origin  
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse located in the United States.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 3–7 business days  
Canada: 5–10 business days  
Europe: 7–12 business days  
Middle East: 7–14 business days  
Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, or peak shipping periods.

Tracking Information  
All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Shipping Delays  
BAT WEAR is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances once the order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address  
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. BAT WEAR is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
